We represent owners and residents
We do not represent associations, boards, or management companies under this brand. Before any review, we check that we have no conflict of interest with your community. If we do, we will tell you and will not take the matter.
We start with the documents
We cannot evaluate a dispute without the governing documents and the association's notices. If you do not have them, we show you how to get them.
We are direct about fit
If the documents show the association is within its rights, we say so. If the amount at stake is small, our self-help tools are usually the better route.
We prepare you for the process
No one can promise how an association, a mediator, or a judge will respond. What we can do is explain each step before it happens, so nothing about the process surprises you.
